For over five years now, the idea of Sift has been growing in the mind of Dose Nashville owner, Keith Steunebrink. The missing ingredient had always been the right baker to partner with. When current Director of Bakery for Dose, Jami Frazier, expressed interest at the idea of creating a new bakery in Nashville, Sift went from an idea to a dream realized.

After scouting locations for well over a year, Keith & Jami finally found the right place at the right time. Nestled in a beautiful building in historic North Nashville, Sift is surrounded by community staples such as Slim & Huskys,Tio Fun & soon to open The Loading Dock.

Sift hopes to fill a plethora of needs; from wholesaling to other businesses, to catering weddings and events, all while offering a small retail bake shop to the community.

We believe that big things are happening at Buchanan North. With businesses like BBJ, The Dress Theory & InnerG Juice & Yoga we feel in great company! We are excited to show you what we have been working on, to be a part of this amazing community, and of course, serve up some treats that make your day just a little bit sweeter.

A goal we wanted to achieve with Sift, is to provide a place for bakers that want to grow in their trade.

Many of our team are coming from Dose, so you may happen to see some familiar faces.
